My name is Kay, and I am the pastry chef overseeing pastry production at Miss Cruffin.
I am graduated from the French Hospitality International School of Culinary Art and Hotel Management "Vatel" in 2015. Since then, my culinary journey has taken me across Tunisia, France, and Germany, where I held various positions ranging from internships to seasonal roles.
In 2016, I began my professional career in the U.S., eager to expand my knowledge and continuously seek the finest ingredients to share with the local community. Over the years, I have held several roles, including shift lead, store manager, and pastry chef.
Our cruffins are inspired and a result of many various prestigious recipes trials. We are bringing the finest products to you just to make your day sweet
